At Georgia Lynn Designs, each tile is made to order with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. Because of the custom and handmade nature of our decorative ceramic tiles:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

• Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy in size, design, and quantity.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. In these rare cases, we will work with you promptly to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
